After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfilment houses where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped out, we will send you an email notification containing a link to view your order.
Simply view your order and click on your tracking no. or the URL provided to check your order status.

WHY I RECEIVED ONLY SOME OF THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER AND NOT ALL OF THEM?

We have different fulfillment houses around the world. So the products in your order are being shipped separately from different locations.

Shipping time typically takes 3 - 4 weeks depending on your shipping location and customs clearance. Note that Estimated Arrival times may vary during the Holiday Season. We have different fulfillment houses around the world, hence the reason for occasional long shipments.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil) of the date of original purchase, contact us for a full refund of your purchase.

DOES CUERIO OFFER A QUALITY GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS?
At CUERIO our goal is always to provide our customers with high-quality products at affordable prices. Customer satisfaction is always our number one priority. All the items that we carry are inspected before dispatch to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not in love with our products we will take it back and arrange for a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our warehouse.
Full refunds are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 15 days of receiving the order. Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 20 days of receiving the order.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimate goods such as earrings, apparels, health and personal care items are final sale due to sanitary reasons.
Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with us, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange. All returns should include a tracking number which will notify you and us when your return is received. If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.
